ORDER PROCESSING TIME

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Although orders are typically processed within a 1-3 business day period, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, it should be shipped by Friday at the latest.

Your order could be delayed if there is inaccurate or incomplete payment or checkout information, such as an incorrect shipping address, which is a common issue.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, you have 1 hour after purchase to request any changes. Please contact us at info@galmiibo.com if you need to correct order details. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

  • United States / United Kingdom / Canada: 8-20 Business Days

  • International: 12-20 Business Days (sometimes sooner)

NOTE: Shipping times typically depend on customs clearance in each country. Some countries process packages faster than others, so please take that into account as well.

Shipping times may also be delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Large and/or Bulky Items

SHIPPING GUARANTEE

We are committed to our customers, and if your item(s) don’t arrive within the following time frames, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund:

  • USA: 45 days

  • Canada: 45 days

  • Australia: 50 days

  • New Zealand: 50 days

  • United Kingdom: 45 days

  • Rest of the world: 50 days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Whether or not additional charges from customs will apply depends on the rules in your country. By ordering from our store, you acknowledge the possibility of extra charges once the package reaches your country. For more information, please contact your country’s customs office.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance processes in the destination country. Additionally, some locations may require extra shipping fees due to geographical factors.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate. Due to a strict shipping schedule, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Always double-check your address before checkout. We will not be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
