Galmiibo devices are pre-configured and tested prior to shipping.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.

This policy applies regardless of whether:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The product was purchased by mistake

  • The customer decides they no longer want the item

  • The product does not meet personal expectations

Please review the product description, compatibility details, and usage information carefully before placing your order.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed, as processing begins immediately.

Usage & Compatibility Responsibility

Galmiibo devices are delivered pre-configured and tested to function as described.

Any modification to the device — including but not limited to:

  • Resetting

  • Reprogramming

  • Firmware changes

  • Physical tampering

will permanently alter the product and void any eligibility for support, refund, or replacement.
